Disappointed to say the least

The online description is nothing like reality. I left two nights earlier than my reservation because of the extreme stench. When I messaged the owner, Charley, about the condition of the tiny home, he apologized for the “stinky experience” and said he had experienced the same thing but thought he had it fixed. The place has an extreme outhouse smell which permeates everything. Instead of offering to refund the two nights I didn’t stay, he offered me a 10% off discount to extend my stay. Not sure what this guy’s issue is but he’s totally clueless. I will be contacting the CO State Attorney General’s Office to file a formal complaint and also contacting the health department. Since I recently moved into the area, I will also be letting everyone I come across know what a sham operation and unhealthy location this is. He clearly does not care about the customer or his reputation. I would not wish this stay on anyone else.

Glamping on Vrbo

This cabin stay is great if you are passing through and only want to stay 1 or 2 nights. We stayed with our dog for 6 nights and were able to use is as "base camp" for National Parks and area attractions to Grand Mesa, Black Canyon, Ouray, and Telluride without adding the stress of driving an RV or actually camping. It was perfect for our needs and the day and night views were incredible.

We were here to visit family and country jam. It was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and cool. Loved the firepit and space we had.

Inaccurate Description of Property

This was such a disappointment to arrive at a Run down filthy place that did not match the photos .We immediately contacted the host for a refund. We took photos, for the host but he was not interested in seeing the condition of his property. He informed me that he lives hours away .He sent someone to the property where we showed her why we could not comfortably sleep in this nasty environment. The owner agreed to refund our money.I will spare the ugly photos and details. As a business owner myself I believe this is a prime example of not "minding the store "
