Absolutely loved our stay at Vincent’s. The place was so charming and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The location was fantastic, everything in walking distance. Colmar was so charming, we wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this property.

Wir haben zu zweit eine Nacht in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Colmar verbracht und waren rundum begeistert.Vincent ist ein außergewöhnlich aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er hat uns direkt informiert, sobald die Wohnung bezugsfertig war, extra das Schlafsofa vorbereitet und sich zwischendurch erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Mühe und Herzblut er in den Aufenthalt seiner Gäste steckt. Besonders die vielen liebevollen Details haben den Aufenthalt für uns besonders gemacht – angenehme Düfte in den Räumen, ein bereitliegender Regenschirm und viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten.Die Wohnung im 3. OG ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dabei unglaublich ruhig gelegen. Vom Wohnzimmer blickt man auf einen kleinen Park, wodurch die Atmosphäre trotz der zentralen Lage sehr entspannt ist. Gleichzeitig ist man in nur einer Minute mitten in der historischen Altstadt.Auch die Anreise war unkompliziert: Ein kostenloser Tiefgaragenstellplatz befindet sich nur etwa fünf Gehminuten entfernt.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit – wir haben selten eine so saubere Ferienwohnung erlebt. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Die Küche haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, sie wirkte aber hervorragend ausgestattet, unter anderem mit großem Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und sogar einem Kindersitz.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Danke, Vincent!

Emplacement idéal , propriétaire idéal

Ma mère (80 ans) et moi avons passé un très agréable séjour à Colmar chez Vincent. L’appartement (3e étage sans ascenseur) est idéalement situé, aux portes de la ville historique. Le plus est le parking souterrain à 300m. Vincent, le propriétaire, nous a accueilli très chaleureusement. Très réactif et plein d’attentions. L’appartement est très sympa et très bien aménagé. Idéal pour 4. Colmar a été un vrai coup de cœur. Très belle ambiance! J’espère pouvoir y retourner bientôt avec le reste de la famille ou des amis.

Für einen Kurztrip ist diese Unterkunft top. Leider schließt die Schlafzimmer nicht, da irgendwer am Schloss schon Gewalt anwenden musste. Der Klodeckel ist locker und rurscht hin und her. Das gehört repariert. Ansonsten ist die Parksituation gewöhnungsbedürftig aber irgendwie auch verständlich. Man läuft ziemlich weit bis zur Tiefgarage dafür steht das Auto auch sicher. Alles in Allem haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und wünschen dem Vermieter weiterhin viel tolle Gäste.
