Hotel is located neat Petit Venice, the christmas markets, restaurants. A 15-minute walk to train station. Hotel staff were very helpful and accomodating. Overall a great stay!

Within walking distance from all the popular tourist spots. Staff booked all of the best restaurants for me and that was helpful since I do not speak French. Room was nice size by European standards and hotel was beautifully renovated. Parking was convenient.
The receptionist was ok.. not bad. But the restaurant waitress was rude. The hotel is old and not as expected. There are creepy cracking sound on the floor. The neighbourhood super quiet and empty. Even though it's near to the train station. But the train station not so useful for the city tour
