Sweet place in Colmar

Once we arrived at the apartment, we were impressed by the great location, close to the petite Venice, many good restaurants and shops. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. There were some issues with the check-in that delayed us but Romane was helpful in resolving them. Our bed was broken, probably from a previous visitor, and not fixed for us. I did what I could to fix the bed and made it through our two night fine. I hope manage resolves the issue soon. All in all a great stay and value in Colmar.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The location of the apartment is perfect! Right in the heart of Old Town Colmar, within walking distance of everything. The only thing about the property that was confusing is, it is listed as a two bedroom, three bathroom. There is only one bathroom with a toilet, sink, tub/shower. Which was fine for us as it was just my mom and I traveling. The directions to the property with all the entry information was perfect. We would definitely stay again should we ever decide to return to Colmar.

Umgebung relativ laut. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert (Kabel kaputt, Passwort falsch). Sehr wenig Küchenausstattung.

Nicht so schön und hochwertig wie auf den Fotos, nur 1 Badezimmer ohne Tageslicht. Sehr altes Haus und sehr instabiler Boden, insbesondere im Badezimmer hatten wir das Gefühl, dass der Boden durchbricht, wenn man es betritt. Ansonsten tolle Lage und funktional. Katastrophal war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass das WLAN nicht funktioniert hat. Der Vermieter hat keine Versuche unternommen, das WLAN zu reparieren, sondern hat unsere Anfragen einfach ignoriert. Darüber haben wir uns wirklich sehr geärgert.

Dejlig lejlighed med fantastisk beliggenhed Men kommunikationen med udlejer var meget dårlig Skrev flere gange for at få ankomst info Ringede dagen før der lovede de at sende straks 3 timer før ankomst ringede jeg igen og endelig fik jeg kode til nøgleboks Kode til WiFi virkede ikke
