You will be close to shops, restaurants and bars as well as the various tourist and cultural centers of Colmar.This apartment is composed on the main level:a living room with fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle), a table for your meals, a corner sofa and a television. a bedroom with a double bed, A bathroom with shower as well as a toilet.Upstairs you will find: a bedroom with a double bed and a desk, a bedroom with a double bed, The accommodation is on the 3rd and 4th floor without elevator.Access to the duplex floor is via a steep wooden staircase, not suitable for young children or the elderly.Parking possibilities, subject to availability:- You can optionally reserve a private parking space nearby.- The Montagne Verte underground public car park is located 300m from the accommodation with a rate of around €40 per 24 hours.- The city of Colmar also offers on-street parking outside the city center, with payment by parking meterThe entire accommodation will be yours. Perfect location comfortable apartment.

Clean and comfortable. Excellent location. Parts of the ceiling were low so if you're tall you may need to stoop in some places, but that is part of the character of this very charming old house. The air conditioning was appreciated during the warm weather
