This hotel is in a very bad area. Out front the hotel you will find people on several corners begging for money which makes it impossible to walk anywhere without passing by them. The hotel is old and smelled horribly of old stale smoke and we were in a nonsmoking room, the elevator also had an awful smell in it. There are no coffee makers in the rooms and the desk does not have any coffee available. The locals talk of this hotel as the place prostitutes stay and there were people coming and going all hours of the night.

Worst than a motel; no coffee maker, door keys don’t work, dirty from outside in. The worst part is it looks scary as soon as you arrived.

It was a pretty good place to stay seem a little scary at first only because of the location but it turned out a pretty good place after all like they say never judge a book by its cover. The rooms were pretty up to date for low price I paid for it. I was on third floor and u could hear traffic a little that’s only thing n the walls aren’t that thick u could hear neighbor beating on something . Check in was really good had a very nice lady working front desk nd she was very helpful getting directions and all questions asked .

well person at the front desck using her cell during my check in, she didn’t care for customer. Elevator broken my room on the third floor and my room not looking good i was feeling insecure at the place. I would not come back there.

staff was very friendly professional and warm Hotel currently doing renovations it was quiet organized and our room was exquisite also reasonably priced

Front desk clerk was personable and linens were clean, but this hotel is in significant disrepair and fairly horrible all around.

The hotel was a dump. There were black handprints on the walls of the room. The entire room was filthy. My car was broken into during the night. The back window was smashed in and stereo equipment and other items were taken from the car. When I complained, the staff said the police wouldn't do anything so don't bother calling. I noticed there were cameras and wanted to see the footage. They claimed the manager was out of town. I angrily said I was going to call the police and get the footage. I went back to my room. They called me in my room to come back to the office. There was all of my stuff! They claimed housekeeping staff had found it in another room..... Stay away from this place!

We looked for a lowprice hotel so we could walked to the city. That was the only one even it was not that lowprice (81,- $ + 12 $ tax+fees). We already knew America's Best Value Inn from another city, so we knew it would be ok. It was ok. The staff was very friendly and gave us some tips where to go. We can recommend it if you wanna stay just some nights and if your personal requirement is not too high.

Water pressure in the sink was poor. Bathroom door didn't close.

Good location for downtown stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was generally ok, very clean, but the bathroom was extremely cold, especially the floor. We also didn't have a coffeemaker in the room. Internet was quite sluggish. Breakfast variety was very limited, and there were no dining hall - you are supposed to take the food back to you room.

Dead gopher rat in the parking lot. No elevator. The toilet and tub ran continuously. Small bathroom.

Room is fine but very expensive hotel for property.

The room had plenty of space. We were on the Freeway side and I slept right thru it. It is an old yet OK place to stay so do not expect a suburban hotel experience. Would stay there again.

I gave a high rating because for the cost of the room, we knew what we were getting ourselves into. It was a 2-star hotel, and I wasn't expecting anything better or worse. Amazing location with the casino right next door and plenty of bars that include a 5 minute walk at most. Staff is great as they were able to get our 2 rooms next to each other. Also, we had another group of friends there who were able to get their room right next door as well after I went downstairs and talked with the friendly staff. As said before, you're merely paying for location on this hotel. It's average with everything else which gets the job done when you're there for mardi gras.

Wanted a motel for baseball game. Reasonable price and within walking distance. Worked well for our situation. nothing special but clean and a nice bed.

The hotel was very clean and the workers were very nice. The hotel was in a good location walking distance to the arch and Busch stadium. The outside wasn't so clean but staying for One night wasn't bad .

It is a budget hotel, simply put. smallish rooms. not the best beds or tv, but it was the closest i've found to the casino and dome for a price that a normal person would want to pay. parking included. most other hotels charge 20 bucks a night as well. i'll likely stay there next time and spend my savings at the casino.

enjoyed the stay at this location. the view of downtown was very nice. was able to get to where we needed to easily.
