I checked in at 3 and couldn’t take a shower becuase there was not hot water. The receptionist said it would be back on in 2 hours, but it came back on at 7:30 pm that’s ridiculous
There was a blood on the bed. In fact, I took a picture of the bed.... Unfortunately, I saw the blood in the morning.... I was late leaving the room, otherwise I would have asked for refund.... And I still need a refund.

Only negative was the construction being done, which was slightly irritating, but you can't fail someone trying to improve the property. Location is excellent. Staff were excellent.

The overall experience was good, check-in was awkward considering there was no one at the front desk to check us in at 10PM! We waited about 10 min. The clerk came in very apologetic. The room was clean and acceptable and we stayed for 2 nights. Did not visit pool, fitness center or partake in the free breakfast. The only problem I had was housekeeping knocking on my room door @ 8AM when check out is at 12PM! When I didn't answer, she decided to come on in, and boy did she get a surprise!
I read some reviews and looked at the star ratings and I thought I made a wise choice. This hotel nor room impressed me. There was stains on the carpets, sticky stuff. I was afraid of the bedding. The iron would stick to your clothes. Just not a good experience.
It was clean and pi et friendly but the bathroom was so small you could fit in it

it was satisfactory. Th e young woman at the front desk seemed very inexperienced so checking in took more time than it needed. It was the first time i have stayed ina hotel that still had an anolog tv and one that should've been replaced. The walls were a tad thin as i could hear enough guest noise that i ran the fan all night to drown it out.
