I love the environment. The staffs that attended to me was excellent. Everthings went smoothly. God bless Hilton inn hotel.

Nice hotel, i like everything. Ohh only I do not like that the pool was not open on Monday during the day

Hot water cut out one night when I was taking a shower. Toilet ran all night, and didn't flush properly at first the next morning. Had to ask for extra blankets. There were none in the closet. Breakfast was TERRIBLE, especially the coffee, which I found to be almost undrinkable. Plus this continental breakfast was not included but cost extra. Most hotels I've stayed in include the breakfast when it is continental. I stayed in this hotel when it first opened and it was wonderful.

It is terrible! I booked the hotel through Orbitz. However, when I arrived at 9:30 p.m., I was told that there was no room available. They put me to Comfort Inn and did not provide any assistance to help me get there. They should have at least contact me as soon as they knew about the situation. I did not have a car and it was late at night. I needed to find way to get to the Comfort Inn. I paid for Hilton but got Comfort Inn. The general manager and the staff handling this were very unprofessional.

Hotel is great and staffs were very helpful plus everything you needs are walking distance.

No complaints at this hotel. Very well situated and highly recommend.

I wanted to LOVE this hotel! From the pictures to the reviews, I was happy about my choice. It looks just like the pictures when you walk in and staff is friendly. It stops there though! Maybe it was a bad weekend or just bad luck on my part. Beds were HARD as a rock and the adjustable dial helped NONE! The fridge in my room was not working so I had to call down for replacement. The one delivered was too big so I had to wait on another to be delivered. The next day I went out and came back around 7 to discover room service had not come by. Had to call and ask front desk for towels and he managed to find some for me. Overall it is a nice hotel but this was not a good stay. Id be willing to try this hotel again, it wasn't horrible but the events did make my stay unpleasant .

We stayed at this hotel for a quick stopover, we didn't get to use the amenities but noticed it was plentiful. There was a lot of good parking spaces to choose from, even better it's of walking distance to restaurants and 7-11. We were happy with the location of this hotel. The room appeared to be clean but when we were getting ready in the morning, my bored two year old decided to get into every nook and cranny. He found a couple of prescription pills and a stale cookie. I had my eyes on him the whole morning and I was very glad I did, what if I wasn't supervising him and he had ingested those pills?! I complained to the front desk about the incident, all I got was a "sorry". They need to step up on housekeeping and customer service. Otherwise the hotel is decent and we would go back again.

Great hotel, convient to my daughter's home in Silver Spring. It was wonderful having a comfortable, quiet hotel room to go to after spending our days with our four wonderful young grandchildren. The coffee and cookies were an added perk as we came back to the hotel each night. The beds and feather pillows were so comfortable. We called the morning of our arrival to ask for an early check-in and was told that it would be available. I will definately stay at this hotel again.

Great experience. I had my mom and the hotel allowed us to use their wheel chair. Excellent place. Location was around many restaurants, so it was always easy to grab a bite, late at night.

Rooms are modern and clean with excellent beds. Straff is friendly and helpful. Room service was also prompt and well prepared and the restaurant staff was as good as one could ask. Room service food was also good! I am willing to coming back here!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn . Staff was friendly and helpfully. Room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I would definetly return, and recommend to family and friends.

Arrived on a Sunday and stayed until Friday. It was nice to walk in every night to find both iced tea and ice water available in the lobby, as well as fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. I'm a huge tea drinker so this meant alot to me. It was also nice to have a business center available at any time. I could look up maps and print them every night before I took off for the next day.

As soon as you walk in to this Hilton Garden Inn, you are welcomed by a smiling face. Room was spacious and clean, newly furnished (even had a Herman Miller office chair!), bed was super comfortable, and shower was great. No real view of anything, but wasn't an issue for us.

The hotel is clean, and staff friendly. The hotel was quiet and the beds very comfortable -on the firm side which is how we like our matress. We would recommend staying here - we were visiting my son who lives in Takoma Park and found staying here perfect for giving us and him privacy

We were there for an Art Show of a relative. We did a lot of touristing in DC The bed was especially comfortable and the staff very helpful. Would definitly stay there again.

I just stayed one night. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was very nice and well laid out. Everything was in good shape, seemingly new. Bathroom counter had cubby to place my toiletries so they didn't clutter the counter. Shower only-no bath. The shower was very nice with glass door. I was worried about getting a cold water blast when I saw that the shower door opens in, cutting off access to faucet---so you have to stand inside to turn on water. But the water was warm/hot almost immediately. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and fluffy comforter.

the beds were so comfortable i couldn't get up in the morning. only thing i didn't like was the location because it was in the middle of no where, no breakfast included, and they placed a 50.00 hold onto my card. the staff was nice and the room was very clean. will stay at a hilton again just one closer to the city.

I went to attend a seminar. According to my understanding breakfast was included in the charges, because when I booked the room through you it was mentioned that continental breakfast will be provided. I am sorry to report that it did not happen like that. As compared to my previous trips this one was the best except the above mentioned problem.

The Hotel is centrally located and we found ourselves just minutes away from just about everything. We are both walkers and appreciated the fact of being in walking distance of restaurants, shopping and cultural sites. The on site Restaurant and staff were SUPERB! When traveling to Maryland again we won't forget The Hilton Garden Inn.
