the location was convenient not far from public transportation. The parking was not. you have to walk almost three blocks to get to parking. unless you risk parking on the street. but have to be cognizant of time restrictions

It was decent, staff should be clearer on parking. Only a couple could answer the question. There was a smell in hallways.

Parking horrible No batteries for remote when reported was told I needed I needed to come get batteries would not bring them to me. Poor customer service

I'd reserved an accessible room with two beds. Instead, in order to get a room with a roll in shower, I wound up having to share a king size bed with my 32 year old daughter for over a week. The bathroom was "accessible-ish"... no grab bar in front of the toilet where it would have done the most good, no seat/bench in the shower stall for those of us who have no balance, the faucet and handles way too far away if you were sitting in a wheelchair/mobility scooter, and of course no shielding of the pipes under the sink, guaranteeing burned legs if you weren't sufficiently nimble/aware.

Great location! Breakfast area seemed a little small for the size of hotel! But overall good experience!

I was stuck next to the window overlooking the parking and could not open my curtain for light. The water that came from the spicket in the bathroom was yellow. It took 20 minutes for warm water from the shower. Will not be coming back, to Hamptons Inns. Parking was so far away I was forced to use valet service at $40 a day, not happy.

Did not like having to put up a $50.00 per day deposit on the room. I will not be staying at Hampton Inns again.

No help voluntarily extended for seniors to carry baggage. When asked, provided it somewhat reluctantly. Cramped, Ill fitting furniture, and layout. Items in breakfast spread not refilled. Annoying, screeching mechanical noise from automatic doors.

The hotel was under renovation and didn't have running water for 4 hours overnight. The breakfast foods were not replenished based on the number of guests, many food items ran out and were not replaced for a long time.

Room fine. Breakfast was terrible. Valet service inconsistent and slow

Provided no warning ahead of time that I was overbooked and have to go to a sister hotel for one night. Then on the second day when I did check into this hotel, my room had a black towel/sweater in a heap on the TV stand that I didn't dare touch. A bit of negligence on the housekeeping's part, I would think.

Everything was fine.. nothing to add or complain about

The valet attendants were super friendly and helpful.

Location. Was great , places I needed to go were easily accessible. It was clean , friendly staff. I can’t complain. I’d recommend it.

The location of this hotel is excellent! Room comfort and cleanliness was mediocre.
