Dirty, dirty, dirty...understaffed. trash everywhere under beds and in hallways. Run down.sad.

When we walked in the room there was a strange smell that made me wish i brought Febreeze. The fridge and microwave were unplugged. The bathtub had a hole in it and the shower tiles showed age. The outside barriers with room numbers were covered with some newer material, but the material was falling off. The TV picture was fuzzy, which was a weird experience on a giant new flatscreen TV. I also saw some shirtless teenage boys running to and from the vending area. Breakfast was heated up frozen food, but still good. There was also yogurt, cereal, coffee, and waffles. The waffles were the best part. There is a $10 fee if you don't give their key back, which is fair. They have the new locks that don't require swiping the card. The girls working the front desk were very sweet. The place worked for the 8 hours of sleep we needed to get back on the road.

Good hotel for the price. Little bit too worn out especially towels and linens but clean and quiet. I liked in room A/C - so quiet

I enjoyed the interaction with the staff. They were kind, and willing to serve however they could. The room was good for the price. I liked that it was easy enough to find from the highway exit, but far enough away that you weren't hearing traffic all night. The breakfast was basic (biscuits, eggs, orange juice, cereals and bagels), but good. Would recommend this to anyone price conscious and needing a quiet stop on their trip.

Room was average. You get what you pay for. It was cheap and a decent place to sleep.

We were very happy with this overnight stay! The desk person was lovely and helpful, th room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortabe and the breakfast was good.

The bathroom was gross. The door would get stuck shut, and the tile was disgusting. There were cracked tiles, and mold issues. The room had a funky smell to it. Cable TV worked. We were able to watch the news and see more stuff our present administration was messing up. The third bed in the back was a good addition. The free breakfast was nothing at all to write home about. If you want carbs with some juice, this is the breakfast for you. We were driving through the state while moving across the country.

The hotel and the room were not anything special, but for a place to spend a night while traveling with a family, it was a good value. Decor and fixtures were on the dated side. The waffle-maker was sticking so I did not get a chance to use it, but the desk clerk made a valiant effort to get it working. Toast and oatmeal were hot the other hot choices. We did not use the pool, choosing to go the Fourth of July festivities in town instead. Affordability is definitely the strongest recommendation.

Nice! Friendly staff, very clean rooms, clean pool, the hot tub was out of order :( but over all it was a nice place to stay!

Welcome by staff was excellent - they were very helpful and efficient. Room was clean and tidy. The continental breakfast was much better than I expected - several food options and everything was clean and organized.

Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Would stay again.

Based on my experience, this hotel brand is "Very cheap but don't complain". But when looking for a hotel around this area, I saw reviews and most of them are good for this hotel, which is not usual for other hotels of the same brand. So, I chose this hotel and found that it is really exceptionally good. Especially the staff at reception gave me all the necessary information without asking him. Even he told me that I came into Mountain time and to be careful about the time difference from Central time. It was very critical for not missing breakfast. And the room was very clean and comfortable.

found a dead bug in the sink. the pool had lots of dead bugs in it as the doors to the indoor pool were propped open otherwise the greenhouse style pool room would have been unbearably hot. the hot tub was out of order and looked like it had been that way for quite some time.

We were traveling across Kansas and needed a room for myself, my son & our two dogs. Price wise the room was very reasonable, the staff was nice and rooms were in a lot better shape then other places we have stayed in the area in the past. It's going to be our new half way stop when going across Kansas.

it was a nice place to stay. Town had some fun things to do

On a recent move across country we stayed at this motel. I was hesitant about the "America's Best Value Inn" but the reviews were okay on it. The reviews failed me. It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't stay there again. The room was run down, especially the bathroom. We were supposed to be in an updated "deluxe" room. Not sure what they meant by that. The beds were very comfortable, I will give them that, but everything else not up to my par in my opinion. The kids did enjoy the pool. If we had not paid ahead of time, we would have stayed at one of the newer motels at this exit.

Friendly staff were more than accommodating. The first room we were given did not have a good A/C; we were promptly moved to a new room. Facilities were nice and clean. Pool was pretty good and the breakfast was good and basic.

Older place, but the rooms were clean and the AC worked. The only bad part was the pool - full of hair and bugs and there wasn't even a hint of chlorine in the air above the water. Yuck.

Check in was quick. Room was clean. Breakfast was sparse. Staff was friendly.

Good location close to the interstate. Room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast not so good.
