Communication regarding check in was really great. I loved the YouTube video. Upon entering the loft we found the place very clean and organized. I loved the coffee / tea bar. Very thoughtful. The amenities were a great benefit as well. It was a great location to stores and downtown. We will certainly look to book this loft next time we are in town. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
