Although we had absolutely no issues, the host stayed in touch with us to make sure we were happy. The host even allowed early check-in. The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It is exactly as advertised, with entry to the beach being at the end of the block. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Great place. Great location with beach access. There is everything nearby. Accomodates many.Water pressure upstairs was poor. No dressers in most rooms...which is fine...but luggage racks would help.

Our entire stay was AMAZING!! Host responded to inqueries within minutes. House is spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. All appliances in perfect working order. Generous supply of toiletries in each bathroom. Rooftop deck has spectacular view of the ocean. Steps away from the beach. All 10 of us had a fabulous time.

Great home for multi-generational family trip!

House was larger than expected and worked well for three families to unite in sunny Florida! Hostess was very responsive and friendly, no issues anywhere.

We really enjoyed the house and there was plenty of room. The location was great with easy access to the beach, pier and restaurants. The beach gear and beach cart in the garage was nice.

Really nice location close to the beach and pier. Close to Publix. Good sized house with lots of space. Great communication from the property management team. Would stay here again.

Large house great location!

The house is positioned very close to the beach and the cocoa Beach pier. Several restaurants in the immediate walking area. Very large clean house with plenty of space to spread out.

This property was very accurately described! The property had more than adequate space for 8 adults and was very centrally located to restaurants, shopping, beach etc. We were already talking about coming again as we were leaving.

Great stay

This is one of the best houses and locations we have stayed in. Vickie is a great host and communicates great. The house was very spacious and clean. It’s a short walk, about 2 minutes, to the beach. It’s close to the pier, shopping and dining. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Great getaway

We loved this house! Walked to many restaurants and it was a quick drive to anything else needed. Great beach access & perfect space for the 8 of us. Vicki was great giving us things to do and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again. The kids loved it.

Great location, plenty of room

One block from a less busy area of the beach, but still an easy walk to the pier / more crowded area. House is huge with everything needed to prepare some meals or relax. Plenty of space for a large family to not be on top of each other. Easy communication and check-in/out process.

Wonderful vacation.

First off, Vickie is an amazing owner to work with. She went above and beyond to make our stay awesome on several counts. Have rented from VRBO over the years, and she is by far the best. House was great, meet all our family of 13 needs. Lots of space and close to beach. Lots of family memories were made. Just a wonderful vacation.
