Pat is hands-down the best host I’ve ever had renting through VRBO. His communication is top-notch. He’s helpful, kind and works incredibly hard to make sure his guests have a five star experience. From beautiful bedding with excellent mattresses to beach bikes and an immaculate pool. You want for nothing on this property. This was our 2nd time renting this wonderful home and we will 100% be back. As a special note. My sister and I travel with our teenagers and this was THE PROPERTY for teenagers. Quality TVs in almost every room (including the porch) so the girls can watch their favorite shows at night while the moms can relax in the living room for a quiet evening and the boys can catch enjoy their sporting events out on the porch. There’s a killer ping pong table (with what we called the “teen soda fridge”) next to it and beach bikes for four teens to cruise through the quiet neighborhood at sunset. Our whole family spent the most time in the backyard playing cornhole, and splashing in the pool. A family vacation paradise for sure. Huge thank you to Pat for another incredible family vacation.
