Cloud Nine, majestuosas vistas, lujosa casa en Cloudcroft!

Cloud Nine es una lujosa casa para escaparse escondida en las montañas en el pueblo de Cloud Croft NM. Está situado a poca distancia a pie de la avenida Burro, que cuenta con una gran variedad de tiendas y restaurantes, ya solo unas cuadras del hotel. Tenemos un garaje para dos carros con mucho espacio al costado de la carretera para estacionamiento adicional.

La casa cuenta con tres pisos principales, la parte superior es el dormitorio principal que incluye baño completo y bañera de hidromasaje con ducha y el segundo dormitorio con baño completo.

El piso principal cuenta con medio baño, sala familiar grande con una exclusiva chimenea Kiva, área de comedor para doce personas con mesa adicional para cuatro más, cocina gourmet completamente equipada, despensa, área de bar y lavandería.

El nivel inferior tiene dos juegos de literas triples, una individual y otra doble, área de recreación y dos habitaciones de tamaño completo con baño completo contiguo. Los tres pisos tienen fuertes conexiones wifi a internet. Las dos habitaciones del piso superior tienen televisión por cable junto con la sala de estar. En total hay cinco televisiones planas.

Garaje independiente para dos automóviles con estudio en el segundo nivel con cama queen size, área de descanso y mesa de billar.

En la parte posterior de la casa hay una terraza de tamaño completo con acceso desde el salón a tres puertas corredizas de vidrio separadas. La cubierta tiene una sala de estar y una parrilla de gas propano. Las vistas son espectaculares, ya que puedes ver arenas blancas y las montañas de San Andrés en la parte posterior. También mira hacia el oeste por lo que las puestas de sol son impresionantes.

La casa está ubicada en una calle muy tranquila y ofrece un punto de vista perfecto con acceso a todas las actividades que ofrece la zona, senderismo, esquí, patinaje sobre hielo, pesca, etc. Otra ventaja es la disponibilidad de la eliminación de basura, ya que hay contenedores de basura en varios puntos del pueblo.

Great stay for multiple families

We were able to gather three families and had a great stay with plenty of room. The house is extremely well stocked with a ton of attention to detail - we didn’t come across anything that we needed that wasn’t available. Downtown shops were a few minute walk away, it offered amazing views from the multiple decks, and the hot tub was great bonus. This property will definitely be on our shortlist to return soon!

Lovely Home With Natural Light, Mountain Views & A/C

This property has all the amenities listed with a separate structure & game room just perfect for couples & the entire family. The home is well-appointed with windows, vaulted ceiling’s & a stellar view of the mountains & White Sands at sunset. Having A/C in a mountain setting is rare & offers guests extra comfort on warmer days. The location is close to local attractions with fast access to Cloudcroft’s beautiful, high-altitude golf course. We appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property & found the owner to be very responsive to our needs.

Family celebration

We had a wonderful time in Cloudcroft! The house was great - a fabulous, fully furnished kitchen, double washers and dryers, etc. We were celebrating my husband’s 75 th birthday with children and grandchildren so we had all ages. Everyone enjoyed just hanging out, playing games, enjoying the deck, cooking together, playing pool, etc. Kevin was so nice and answered our questions quickly, recommending restaurants and things to do in the area. We went sand surfing at White Sands and had a blast, hiking, cherry picking, visited the Sunspot Solar Observatory (a surprise hit with everyone!) and the space museum in Alamogordo was fun for all! We would definitely stay in this wonderful home again!

Beautiful Sunsets

We loved staying in this house and watching the gorgeous sunsets over the mountains and White Sands. There was plenty of room for all of us and it was nice to be able to walk into town from the house. We will stay here again if we come back through Cloudcroft.

Fully equipped home with spectacular view

This home has EVERYTHING in it—grill, hot tub, collection of movies including most every Disney movie, games, pool table, discs for sledding, kitchen with all the tools, two kinds of coffee makers. It snowed quite a bit during our stay, but the amenities kept us entertained! And the view alone is worth it. You can see all the way to White Sands. We caught a few amazing sunrises and sunsets.

Enchanting

It was better than expected. The location is perfect and the views from the decks are absolutely unreal. It’s everything you want plus more. The owner was extremely hospitable and responsive. We went in very early January and the house was still decorated for Christmas and had a two story tall Christmas tree in the den. It was incredible! We will definitely come back.

HOSPITALITY HOSPITALITY HOSPITALITY!

Hands down the best stocked VRBO we’ve ever rented and it’s the first house we’ve ever been allowed to use the garage which really helped as there is room for 2 cars to parallel park out front and one large or two small cars can fit in garage. Everything we needed and more was in the house. Clear, excellent, prompt communication with the owner. The living room tv cable box/remote wasn’t working on arrival and they had a technician there within 24 hours and all was fixed. Beautiful view from cabin. Sunsets were stunning. Hummingbirds were a delight and we filled the feeders twice while there thanks to a recipe posted in the wet bar. House is spacious and there’s room for large gatherings yet private nooks and crannies everywhere for solitude. We saw deer, raccoons and a fox off the rear balcony. Town is an easy walk downhill. All appliances worked well. Convenient location. Something for everyone in this house- from baby gear to toys to tvs to games to pool table/ping pong table…. Cannot recommend this house enough. Highly recommend!!!!
