A lot of little things that add up. The clock in the gym has had the wrong time since i was there a month ago. The gym had not paper towels, no cleaner spray and no cloth towels. The lobby mens bathroom had 1/2" of toilet paper left on it with no spare. The room had only one bar of soap. Staff was friendly, but all young kids dressed with hoodies, on their cell phone. Even a business casual dress code would be nice.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, super comfortable, and honestly one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I’m usually the type of person who cleans a room myself before letting my family settle in, but this time there was absolutely no need. Veronica went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly clean — it truly felt like home. The breakfast area was just as impressive …very clean, well organized, and welcoming. The coffee was delicious, and I loved the thoughtful variety of options like vanilla creamer, oat milk, almond milk, and half-and-half, which was right up my alley. At the end of my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting Edwin, who clearly takes great pride in ensuring everything runs smoothly and that the hotel is maintained in excellent condition. That level of care and attention really stood out to me. The staff overall was kind, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely return during warmer months. I did not get the room I reserved or the price I agreed to. The hotel admitted to over booking the suites then put my family in a cramped room. They only offered a token discount for their screw up. The manager claimed he was giving me 5000 points as well but did not give any.

No safe, a bright green flashing light in the room all night long, a flickering light in the bathroom. No plug for the bath tub….. However, the location of the hotel was quite good for my needs. I just wish I cold have slept better. I felt like I had a green lazer pointer pointing an my eyes all night.
