We recently stayed at this hotel and found several things to appreciate. The room and overall facility were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast options were better than expected. Unfortunately, the noise level made it impossible for us to get a good night’s sleep. The property sits directly on a four‑lane highway, and throughout the night we were repeatedly woken by semi trucks using jake brakes and cars with loud exhaust accelerating from the traffic light right in front of the hotel. The constant road noise overshadowed the otherwise positive aspects of the stay. We had booked and paid for three nights but ended up leaving after the first night because the noise was so disruptive. When we shared our concerns with the staff, no refund or credit was offered, which added to our disappointment. This could be a good option for travelers who aren’t sensitive to traffic noise, but based on our experience, it wasn’t the restful stay we had hoped for.

The pool is not in good condition. The lining is breaking apart. I took pieces of it to the front desk they said they know. The pool should not be open, what if a child was swimming and cut their foot or hand open. Its irresponsible to know the condition of the pool but keep it open. The front desk attendant took the pieces of the pool floor said her general manager is aware she would leave the pieces on her desk. Upper management do better, it starts at the top.

The building/rooms are a bit old. That’s the negative. However, the facility was very well maintained and very clean. The breakfast was a big plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be visiting my daughter again and plan on staying at this hotel again. Thank you.

I would be happy to give this hotel a 5 star rating except for one fairly major problem--there was no hot water in our room and it was a very chilly 45 outside. The front desk was not helpful, said they had been having issues with the water heater lately and there was nothing she could do, and seemed put out that I was having this problem. I'd just come from the pool, so I really needed a shower to rinse the chlorine, but not a cold one, being already wet and chilled. Otherwise, it was a clean, well appointed room with comfortable beds, and a lovely courtyard type property with a wonderful pool and jacuzzi.
