The room and property was clean and comfortable.
I usually have a great experience with Holiday Inn, however this particular location just wasn't up to par with the rest of their other locations. The facility felt really neglected and as if they were just waiting to get rid of the building. There were chips missing out of the bathroom counter, the was a chip missing from the shower floor, some of the furniture needed repairs, and just a basic feeling of neglect. I visit Cincinnati & Dayton a lot for work, but I doubt I'll return to this specific location. ***The staff was very pleasant and kind. Greetings in the morning and very welcoming. I have no complaints of the staff.
Gail was a huge help at the front desk when we ran into a bit of a problem. Also, the dining room staff were very helpful and friendly. Also, we traveled with our 1 year old, and we found the crib to be very good quality with a nice mattress.
The hotel was a convenient location for us, so we we happy to find it. Very disappointed in the low level of housekeeping in the individual rooms - our family were in 5 separate rooms for 3 nights. One couple had to change rooms 3 times to find a room that didn't smell like overpowering room freshener. In 2 of the rooms, we questioned whether the bed sheets had been changed after the last guests left since the sheets looked decidely dirty. Daily housekeeping was hit-or-miss: at least 1 room was skipped each day; some days we got fresh towels but the used ones were not taken; maybe the sheets were changed, maybe not; didn't get replacements for the coffees for the in-room coffee makers. I will say the front desk staff were very friendly and apologetic; that was nice, but is that enough??

I like that the closet where you put your suitcase and the bathroom were totally hidden from the room. Overall, we had a good stay.
Its close to everything in Western Hills. Currently undergoing renovations but all the new furnishings look nice
Reception staff not always at desk. One man was outside smoking. The toilet seat needs to be replaced in Room 504. It’s not the right size and shifts when you sit on it. Room was very nice and breakfast was great.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Sylvia checked us in delightful young lady.
Unfortunately, I scheduled the wrong date and had to pay the $144 without staying there. I don't contest the policy, but the hotel does not have a room for the date I wanted. I found another place to stay on 7/13.

The staff at the hotel is excellent! If we were in need of anything, they took great care of us! Thank you so much as we were in town to attend a funeral! Your compassion was such a blessing to me and my family!
The facility has been a non-smoking facility for over 10 years per the front desk. RM 327. Our room smelled like smoke, and the carpet had 20+ cigarette burns. There was water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom. There was hair and dusk behind the bathroom door. I arrived late and could not address the conditions right away. The next morning I woke with the worst headache, smoke? Mold? Spouse? The next day I asked to switch rooms and they were able to accommodate me to a very nice room with newer carpet. They were unable to upgrade the spouse.
Lots of eating options close by and right off I-74.
Hotel was in a perfect place with lots of food and close to the highway. Room was clean, breakfast was good and pool was refreshing.
Everyone was friendly and efficient. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family!
