After a 10 hour drive it was wonderful to walk into a hotel that was so clean and inviting. Our room was very clean and the bed was great!

I called 3 times and no one answered I had to call revations to get them to call the front desk.then I asked for a pick up at the airport and the man told me that they no longer had a pick up service.then the man hung up the phone.i will never stay here again.i had to pay out of pocket to get to the hotel.i feel like I should be paid back the money for the fair to get to the hotel it costed me 25.00 dollars to

Liked the large room size, quietness between floors. Parking is limited, they do no have enough spaces when hotel is full, may need to park on street. The bed box springs kept coming loose from the frame causing the mattress to sink under the headboard. Had to remove the mattress to fix the box springs.
Checking in was okay. Breakfast selection was fair to midling - pre-wraps as protocol required. Juice dispenser was empty.. I couldn't get ahold of service. Telephone in our room didn't work, neither did wake up call. Check out was okay.
Same breakfast each day. Flavor of yogurt or fruit could have changed. One choice only.
