Asked for a non-smoking room and got a room that was past filthy and had smoke damage in the non-smoking room! I got in late so I didn’t bring it to their attention! He started screaming at me saying it was my fault the room was filthy! The only reason I was there was because my father-in-law is in the hospital fighting for his life and it was very last minute! He refused to give me my money or clean the room! I asked him to call the police; he refused and said I wasn’t allowed back in the room, then called the police! They showed up; I talked to them! The first thing they asked me was why I was staying here; it’s a hell hole! I told them the pictures online are false and fabricated! The police asked them to change the sheets so I can at least lay down; they did, and that was it! I’m telling you the only good thing is that I didn’t catch anything crawling! The worst in every single way and needs to be shut down immediately!!

Mid December. The parking lot and walkways to the rooms had not been cleared of snow. I entered the room to find it at 40 degrees F. So I cranked the heater and drove away for about an hour to get dinner. When I returned the room had reached 47 degrees. At that point I checked out and found lodging elsewhere.

The whole place, from the parking lot, the office and the room looked like it had not been cleaned in years, The attendant on duty was wearing earphones, watching tv and didn't notice I was there. I did not stay.
