Room was clean, tv did not work. After 2 different ppl came to try and fix it, they moved us to another room where that tv didn’t work. There was only one bath towel and no information on room service. I felt no one cared. We traveled far and only wanted to rest but instead we were stuck waiting on maintenance for hours.

The staff were fantastic. I can't say enough about their professionalism and willingness to answer questions regarding the local area. The only things that we had issues with were the television connection speed and the buffet breakfast. I feel there should have been a slightly larger selection for the breakfast items.

This was our first time staying in a Residence Inn and it will not be our last! This location was very convenient for our plans while in Cleveland. The staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so polite and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate our every request. The room was great. Nice and clean, everything was exactly as pictured. The breakfast was also great. There was a variety of options, and everything was delicious. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that the sofa bed was smelly, uncomfortable and hard to fold back into sofa form. But it's a hotel sofa bed so, we didn't expect it to be great. Overall, this hotel has pretty much ruined me for all other hotels. My next booking will absolutely be with another Marriot hotel!
