Great location everything's pretty much walking distance

Stayed there to be close to Quicken Loan Arena and downtown. Hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Completely fit the bill!!

The room was huge and comfortable. There was a nice TV, full size fridge, couch and desk. The toilet did not flush very well. When I got in bed, I found crumbs and a napkin. Pretty gross. I had already unpacked all of my stuff or I would have asked to switch rooms. It was after midnight and I was ready to sleep, so I slept on top of the sheets. The air conditioner was really loud and woke me up a couple of times throughout the night when it turned on. The shower head was too short for me; I am 6'2". The included breakfast was very good, but they were running out of a lot of items by the time my wife went to get hers. It was maybe half an hour before the breakfast was supposed to be over. I told the front desk about the dirty sheets and they expressed their regret then asked me to sign up for the rewards program.

My wife and I had a day planned to meet friend for an evening of dinner and drinks in downtown Cleveland. Even though we only live about 40 miles from the city we thought it would be better to just stay in the city instead of driving home late at night. Because the day was unseasonably warm for a February day we decided to drive in early to enjoy the day. This hotel is located in one of the most historic buildings in downtown Cleveland which is a plus. We were within a short walk of all of the great restaurants plus the casino. Very nice

On my previous e-mail I described being billed twice for my room & how it will be a hassle to have the 2nd charge credited. I called on 8/16/15 & as 8/18/15 no credit has been issued. I have just called for the second time & again was assured I will be credited.

Room was spacious, clean and conveniently located. Our new hotel for when we are in Cleveland.

Location was great for seeing a ballgame and going to the casino. We had a nice room in the Euclid Towers, but it was oddly located within the motel. During our stay there was a fire alarm that disrupted sleep and the morning plans. The buffet breakfast was very good. I was surprised that the cost of parking was not included. I assumed it was free since it was not listed in the cost of the stay. This made it difficult to accurately determine the overall value of the stay.

First, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and ready when we arrived. Breakfast was free (and tasted like it, but it's not really fair to complain about a 'free' breakfast). Parking is underground with fairly narrow aisles and spots. Walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Overall, I feel like it was a fair value.

This was our second time staying at the Residence Inn in downtown Cleveland. The rooms are great, full kitchen plus a sitting area. Bed was comfy and pillows were pretty good. I was disappointed that our room had no full length mirror, though, that makes it kind of hard to get ready to go out. The hotel is well located being within easy walking distance to several bars and restaurants, as well as the Horseshoe Casino. There were some sketchy people outside late at night, but overall I felt safe. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff is helpful and I like the guide provided at check-in with entertainment and restaurants in the area. It was also a nice touch, in the lobby, complimentary popcorn, fruit and cookies for the guests. The rooms were large and spacious.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Great Stay. Highly recommended. Close to everything.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful; from first checking in, to the maintenance staff, breakfast staff and checkout. The building, room and people were lovely.

Fading hotel in a great location within a formally great city. Go and be underwhelmed.

Extremely impressed with the hotel. The front desk staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful--something we don't experience very often. Neat old building, cool location in downtown Cleveland, near lots to do.

Was in Cleveland to see a Indians game and this hotel is within a very short walking distance of the stadium. A very nice hotel and even more then I had expected. Nice decor and a super friendly staff. They helped me get a very cheap parking spot right next to the hotel. Well worth the time and money.

attended NCAA basketball tournament

Stayed there after running a race in Cleveland. Was impressed with the cleanliness and condition of the hotel and especially the room! We also enjoyed the breakfast and the quality of the food was very good.

Had Tickets to an Indians game, and a concert at House of Blues the same day. Hotel is centrally located to all the downtown attractions, walked a few short blocks. Spent the entire weekend in a 5 or 6 block radius, and longed for nothing! Great location.

THE HOTEL HAS GREAT LOCATION WALKING DISTANCE TO BROWNS STADIUM. PARKING GARAGE UNDER HOTEL WITH CONVINECE.ROOM WAS FANTASTIC HAD A LOFT FOR BED ROOM WITH 2 FULL BATH ROOM AND KITCHEN.GREAT WEEKEND!!!

The residence inn by marriot was nice, the staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The resturant was not avaiable for room service so we walked down to the winking lizard. The room was very quiet. Needed some vacumming. Very close to the theatre district. Would stay again!
