Older property but well maintained. We stayed multiple days and service is by request only. We arrived for complimentary breakfast 30 minutes prior to closing and selection was limited and not restocked.

Meh.

Hotel needs updates. Late Check in was smooth. Friendly front desk. Bed was comfortable. The AC was OLD. It rattled so loud and was musty but it worked. The curtains were very faded, the room smelled musty and the towels had some stains on them. Location felt safe. We ate at the Bob Evans next door so I don’t know how the breakfast was. Idk how this hotel has a 8.5/10 rating. Solid 5/10.

The first room had what looked like makeup in the sink, the microwave was dirty, and the linen was stained with an oily substance. After bringing the attention to staff, they moved me to a different room, where the air conditioner was completely broken and held together with tape, so for two nights my wife and I woke up drenched in sweat from sweltering heat, inside and outside. The next day the keycards given to me and my wife no longer worked. With this experience, we chose to leave and completely skip breakfast.
