The room was clean and alright but nothing special. The breakfast advertised a buffet but it was a lot smaller than that and barely counted as breakfast.
We stayed for 1 night only, arrived late so we didn't see much around. The place was clean but not very impressive. Free breakfast was more like continental breakfast, you could make a war waffle only.
The property is dated and could use upgrades. Its location Is perfect for the Brunswick area. It’s fine for a quick trip or an overnight. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The check-in clerk was super friendly. Upon arriving to the room i wanted to shower and noticed soap scum and a lot of pubic hair in the shower. I recorded the shower to show the clerk. He was working alone and said he had to wait for his relief before he can leace the desk in about 20 minutes. Understandable. He came up with another employee who inspected the shower and said "Ma'am! I only see one hair!" I joined him in the small bathroom and had him look again. He ran his finger across the bottom of the shower and drewa line with the soap scum then stood up and said he' d beright back. He return in about 3 minutes with a pink liquid spray and a rag. He said i just don't understand! I mean this is pretty significant!" I said "I know. That's why i reported it." He cleaned the shower by spraying the pink solution and wiping it out. NEVER rinsing the cleaner off. He left. When husband got in the shower almost right after the employee left...he came out saying that he almost slipped and for me to be careful. The next morning we went to the lobby for breakfast and it...was...awful. Rubbery eggs. Waffle maker but no syrup. Bagels and bread but no cream cheese or butter. We will never stay at this hotel again. The whole place felt thrown together and the check-out agent was expressionless. She was either embarrased or... Maybe had a rough night before her shiftor just plain hated her job because she really seemed to just avoid the issue with the stay and just overall ignored us.
I'm frequently in this area and this is my choice for multi-day stays. Not luxurious, but very functional. Restaurants, grocery stores and services are all around.
Amazing, friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Covers on bed were owrfect!

The interior was very clean and the carpeting and furnishings seemed new. The outside of the building really needs to be refreshed because it’s a bit of a turn off. I was also disappointed that some kind of individual portioned breakfast items weren’t available that could have been heated in the room microwaves. Or even some chilled items like yogurt and fruit.

It really was just a place to sleep. We stayed for one night and left by 4:30 am in the morning.

I was contracted for a painting job in Cleveland. The project expanded and I needed an extra day. I did not want to go back to the dirty, understaffed, and undersupplied hotel where I had been the previous two nights. I was exhausted because I hadn't slept well at the other hotel. To my delight, Quality Inn had everything I needed to get a good night's rest in a place where I felt safe, respected, and served. I have been getting more and more business out of Cleveland. You can be sure this is where I will be staying from now on.

I apologize on behalf of our staff. We take pride in keeping our rooms clean but lately we are having trouble keeping consistent staff. However, that is not an excuse. I have since address the issue with our staff and taken steps so it will not repeat with another guest in future. Appreciate your feedback,
