The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, helping me to figure out the public transportation system to get to a concert on an extremely busy weekend. The breakfast is minimal, but has enough basics to get you through and there's a Bob Evans less than a minute down the road if you want something more. I also appreciated the reasonable rates when several other hotels had significantly raised their rates for the weekend. Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if I was in the area.

The person who works the day shift is kind and helpful. The owner has a tendency to be short with clients, cuts off patrons while they are speaking, and needs guidance in providing quality customer service. The room was fine; however, it is time for new carpet. The toilet/shower room is extremely small. Overall, the hotel is well maintained and clean.
