Really nice new hotel. Perfectly clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Decent, if chilly pool. My only complaint is the really inexcusable wastefulness of the breakfast set up. The same as most large hotels today, but just wildly wasteful. Seriously buy real plates and hire one person to wash dishes.

The rooms are beautiful and super clean - with every amenity you can think of! The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I stayed here for a quick night layover on a road trip with my mom and 2 young children. We wished we had longer to stay! We will definitely keep this location in mind for our future travel needs. Highly recommend.
We've not stayed at other places in Medina but were very pleased with this one. It had only been open a few months so everything was new and clean. There were few guests when we arrived and only one young lady at the front desk. Check-in was smooth and pleasant but getting stuff to the room was self-service, which was OK. Our room #331 was at the east end--spacious and very quiet for the most part with spare and modern decor, a large flat screen TV with many channels, and a view of the route 18 commercial strip about 400 yards away. The area south of the hotel is wooded and undeveloped. Fitness room and indoor pool are small and very basic. Buffet breakfast included is also pretty basic but adequate. Chain restaurants are minutes away if you want more. We would go back.
I travel extensively and am always leery staying at Holiday Inn. This one is probably the best one I have ever stayed at. Great staff, comfortable clean rooms.
