Bed bugs not clean rude front desk no pillows towels or wash cloth dirty bathroom and floors definitely not recommended for any human being and shocked that this place is even open at all

They want us to social distance, yet the hotel lobby was not open. This makes no sense. Was so much better when it was a Super 8.

Decent for the price would use again for the price you can’t complain no bugs

Location was good. Property needs updating. Quiet area.

Bitten up by bed bugs.. Tried to get another room, they said I would have to pay the difference.. Forget it.. Stayed in the room, slept with my cloths on.. The rooms are dirty.. Everything is old and falling apart except the TV.. Water in the shower was good and hot though.. That was the best part of my stay.. At least I was able to wash off the experience of having stayed there.

The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room it smelled like mildew the room was nasty it felt like it was dirty i was very displeased we only stayed five minutes and we left we decided to go to a better Hotel I felt like this hotel motel is in a suburb nice area it should be up to standards and it was not never will I ever go to this motel hotel again

I spent 2 hours of the 4 hours I needed to sleep just getting Orbitz to provide sufficient documentation to Michelle, the Super 8 Motel Receptioninst, to convince her I had paid for a room and had received Confirmation. Michelle would not accept the email confirmation I'd received from Orbitz and insisted the confirmation number did not register in her system. I called Wyndham Hotels, Super 8 Motel's parent company, and although it had my confirmed reservation, Dakota, the Wyndham Hotel Representative, had no way to forward authority or proof to Michelle that I was entitled to a room. I ended up suggesting to Michelle that she have Orbitz fax her whatever documentation she insisted she required to give me access to the room I had paid for hours earlier. Of course, when I was finally allowed in the room I had less than 2 hours left to try to get some sleep. It was a humiliating, aggravating and exhaustingly useless experience. I want my money back!

Room furniture and carpet were dirty. I had to use febreze to minimize smell.

Friday night male receptionist was very ill mannered, African American male. The bed was comfortable but spots in the top linen. Toilets were very dirty. Rooms were freezing cold. Thanks for breakfast. The carpet was dirty.

ROOM WAS DIRTY, LAST VISITORS CLOTHES WERE STILL IN THE ROOM, VERY UNKEPT AND RUN DOWN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY !

Hotel was close to both Cleveland and Twinsburg, which is where we were traveling to. Breakfast was sparse (waffle maker, some cinnamon buns, bread for toast, yogurt, coffee and juice) but there was plenty of room to sit. Kids enjoyed the pool, which was small but fine. Room was plain but comfortable - no complaints. No frills but no problems. Close to lots of stores and restaurants and easy access to the highways.

Perfect, inexpensive midway point between Lexington, Kentucky and Buffalo, New York. You get exactly what you pay for: noting more, nothing less.

Got in late after spending the entire day in the CC waiting room, no hassles, good mattress and very cheap compared to others in the area. Staff was efficient and thoughtful, I had booked earlier, so showed an ID and was in my room in less than 10 minutes. Very convenient and lots of hot water, nice TV, really nice place for the money.

About what I expected for the price. Not. much of a breakfast

I had a wonderful stay. Everything was in order. They even had the ARTS channel on the TV.

Needs a lot of updating but for price and location not bad. Quite v with lots of room for parking.

I was greeted with the knowledge that I would have to upgrade in order to get a nonsmoking, single bed room. Farther I was offered one upstairs. My cousin and I are 75. The location was very good..
