We loved Sam's space. Great views of Lake Minneola, convenient to our desired activities at Lake Country Rowing Association in downtown Clermont. Ample space for 4 adults. Recent updates give the place a lovely, slightly tropical feel. We enjoyed the occasional drink on the private dock. Already booked another stay later this year.

We definitely enjoyed the house. Sunsets were magnificent. The upstairs master was amazing, although we did not use it. As SR's we decided not to climb the stairs when there was a nice size bedroom on the main floor. What made it special was the fact our son lives about one mile away, and the drive along the shore line was always great. Thanks Sam, nice meeting you. Will contact you on our next visit!
