Just out on the covered porch find comfortable outdoor furniture and speakers for entertaining in all seasons including barbeque complete with sink.

The kitchen includes an American gas range and oven plus an electric oven and Jen-Air refrigerator. The beautiful Mendocino chestnut knotty alder cabinetry surrounds. The expandable dining table seats eight with three additional stools at the kitchen bar plus seating for four at the pub table.

Built into a hill, the daylight basement functions as an entertainment room, 42” plasma television, and just outside find the hot tub under the cover balcony. Murphy queen size wall bed and sofa bed in the entertainment room for additional sleeping capacity.

The fifth bedroom is also on the second floor and has 2 twin -over- twin bunk beds with twin trundles. The final bedroom is located on the daylight basement level, with queen bed and queen murphy bed. The bathroom is located across the hall servicing the bedroom and entertainment room.
