Chirping smoke detector ruined our first night

When we arrived at the property at 3:30 we contacted the service team to let them know of a beeping smoke detector in one of the bedrooms, they entered a service call to address the issue. At 7:15 I spent and hour on hold trying to get this issue addressed(no maintenace request had been created). A service ticket was created, but there are service people working in the evening, the issue was address the next day a 1:30 after 2 visits from the service team. We had to pay 400 for our guests to spend the night in a hotel becuase they couldn't sleep in a room with the beeping. Vacasa has been ignoring my requests for compensation for this problem. And no manager has addressed this issue. The property was lovely, and location was great, but Vacasa is terrible.

Great winter getaway

Great location and abundance of snow for us to play in after Christmas. House is beautiful and accommodating. The check in process was slightly disappointing because we received notice an hour before our original check in time that they needed additional time to clean the home from the previous guests. I do have to say, the cleaners could’ve done a better job. The dishwasher was over full and the dishes didn’t get cleaned properly. There was also garbage and old food that my toddler found underneath the edge of the couch and some sticky parts on the kitchen floor. I also should mention that the bedding wasn’t cleaned properly either; mascara stains and some other leftover orange stain. Besides the dissatisfaction with the cleaning and the late check in, it’s a great place to stay! These things can be easily remedied and the host was accommodating and offered solutions. I still would stay here again!

Amazing for a multi-family get together

We arranged to stay here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This place was clean and comfortably fit 3 families for a 3-day weekend. The kitchen was great for us to cook meals together and we could relax in the hot tub, while the game room was a hit for the kids. The location was perfect with all there is to do in Suncadia. We loved our stay here!

Disappointed

Neighbor harasses you if you have a car you are trying to unpack before moving to another area to park. Threatens to have your car towed and call the sheriff. Property was not properly stocked. Light bulbs need replacing, therefore, there was poor lighting. Towels were left on the dryer and not put away. No d/w pods, no garbage bags. Very disappointing. Would not stay at this property again. Suncadia is a great place, with lots to do. The grandkids had a very fun time.

Nice house close to lodge & golf

We stayed for 2 nights. Home was nice and well appointed. Lodge, pool and Prospector golf are all within walking distance. Not a lot of outdoor space since it's in a kinda tightly packed neighborhood. During summers you will hear noise from events close-by but it usually wraps up by 9pm. Only real let down was a mandatory 10am checkout. Everywhere else we've stayed in Suncadia has been 11am (with option for late checkout).

6 Sisters Girls Weekend Celebrating a 70th Birthday Party

The property was lovely, we all enjoyed our stay. Close to all amenities to the Suncadia Spa, hiking, restaurants etc. Including the game room in the garage and the hot tub! Well set up. Wanted to share that the back door slider did not lock and need directions on how to operate the in wall coffee maker. Would definitely come back!

Great House

Overall the house was great. It had everything we needed, and the game room in the garage was excellent for lots of family fun throughout our entire stay. The hot tub was also a great spot for relaxing after a day of fun in the Suncadia area. Overall it is a great spot and highly recommended. I would give it 5 stars, but unfortunately during our stay we had several minor issues that came up. The fireplace at one point started beeping late at night every 3 minutes, we had to unplug basically all of the electrical attached to it and the batteries. We also had a smoke detector go off and needed a change of batteries as well. Along with the outdoor firepit also not working, we could hear the gas, but the igniter did not work. Other than random small issues that came up, I definitely recommend this spot.
