I am not one to complain but this hotel has went seriously down hill in two years. I used to stay here every year at Christmas time. They now have a policy that non registered guests are not supposed to use the pool. I get a hotel with a pool so my nieces and nephews can swim with us. They did make an exception but the pool and pool area are absolutely freezing. It was way too cold to swim in and you had to be bundled up just to walk through the lobby comfortably. The room was clean and warm but every thing was run down. There was no iron in my room and they acted like I couldn't get one at first because there was supposed to be one already in my room. The iron board had bleach stains all over it. The blankets had what looked like cigarette burn holes in them. We went for the free breakfast on day two and they ran out of all the hot food. We had to wait for 30 mins after getting up early just to wait and the food was horrible. The staff got into a big public fight with each other over the food running out, very unprofessional. I was greatly disappointed the entire stay. I will never stay there again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The night staff were the only courteous people and no one hardly stays at the front desk, I believe it is because the lobby is just too cold to sit there all shift.

I'm sure management is trying to do the best it can with meager resources but this room was old, smelly, dirty and unpleasant. The ancient wall-mounted AC was stuck at 74, stank, operated intermittently, was filthy... Do I have to go on? Well, I will anyway… Intellectually challenged Filth45-voting Southerners drive appallingly slowly here.

Had a good time talking with lady at desk . Pool was good and warm

the location is convenient in the northwest corner of clarksville. close to the military base. the room was clean but could use better maintenance. the toilet paper holder was broken and the shower had water underneath the fiberglass bottom (kinda like a water bed when standing in the shower). they have smoking and non smoking rooms. our room was accessible from outside. it was a smoking room. there is a lot of traffic but for its location it's quiet enough. the staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way. good hotel, just could use and update. the non smoking rooms may be better.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. My first was smelled of cigarettes and they "upgraded" me to a suite. It was a little bit nice but upon closer examination, wasn't very clean. I was tired and didn't even bring it to their attention. The room served it's purpose, a place to lay my head.

We got into the room and noticed there were bugs on the floor, cigarette burns in the sheets, terrible smell. Upon our discoveries, we decided to check out right away and seek hotels elsewhere. I attempted to call for a refund and I was disconnected.

We had a very nice desk employee she was very accommodating

Ok for amt. it cost to stay. Not the nicest but cheapest.

The bathroom needed some repair and cleaning. The room was good. The indoor pool water was ice cold though. Although they have a really cool slide. The stay was good for the cost. I would stay again.

Was not expecting Tak Mahal simply comfortable clean bedding lavortory bath n shower. Horrendous carpeting A STINCH BEYOND ALL STENCHES WAS DIFFICULT TO SLEEP. WOULD RATHER HAD PAID MORE TO HAVE AVOIDED THIS EXPERIENCE

The carpets were smelly, but the atmosphere was great. Good breakfast and a great pool for children. Bed spreads had cigarette burns.

As long as your not expecting the Ritz, the room and facilities are suitable for basic overnight needs. The breakfast buffet is limited but a good added value, considering the cost.

Recent renovations were obvious. The grandchildren loved the heated, indoor salt-water pool and slide. Staff could not have been more accommodating. For a $5 fee we could boost checkout time to 2:00 p.m. Breakfast choices were very varied and plentiful. Good coffee.

when entering the hotel the breakfast area is large but only has few tables with only 2 seats @ each table. Lots of empty space. The checkin desk is next to the entrance to the bar I do not think this is family friendly. The inside pool is in the middle of hotel. Our room was right next to the pool. Pool hours are 9am-9pm but the pool was still very noisy after 10pm and nothing was done about this. The pool can easily be seen from the check-in desk. The power was out from 1am til almost 4:30am with no backup source. The room was very warm and uncomfortable without air in July. Our room was a double room with a pullout couch. The pool was enjoyable by my kids but the hours should be observed for guest such as we were who needed sleep for next day. I would probably stay here again but would request not to be near pool area.

At first glance you think that you have gotten a pretty good deal as the lobby is setup quiet nicely but as you step up to the desk and begin looking at the pool area the illusion fades and the outdated decor begins to come through. The room was quite big but I was afraid to lay under the sheets.

The room was very large and we enjoyed the whirlpool tub. We were were concerned when we were told not to park out back because the lighting was poor. The crowd gathered at the lounge was loud.

Our stay at the Hotel was fantastic..very polite staff, good room, wonderful breakfast with everything you imagine for the breakfast...Great relaxing indoor swimming.... I give this Hotel 5 stars and will only stay in this hotel during my next visit!!!!!!!

The kids loved the pool but mom and dad had a hard time getting past the dirty carpets. We were constantly having to wipe our blackened bare feet. The room was showing its age but it was surface clean. Just couldn't get past the carpet thing and cringed everytime our kid decided to drag their blanket across the floor. Breakfast was nice.

For the price and breakfast included, restaurants all in walking distance, very economical. Getting in and out is challenging... The entrances and exits are not secure at night, that is about the only minus

Awesome stay for an affordable price!! 3 star hotel at 2 star price!!!
