Stayed here with my 4 grandchildren on the way to and also on the way back from Colorado. Everything was great except the pillows they're tiny and very cheap. Also, I'm pretty sure the beds are full not queen. Staff was very friendly and helpful!!

The man and woman serving breakfast were amazing! They were very kind and helpful and they kept the breakfast area very clean. I wish I could say the same about our room. The faux hardwood floor hadn't been swept in a while. There were crumbs and bits of food all over the floor. There was a piece of cat food by the window, and I almost stepped on the back of someone's earring when I walked into the room. That being said, the water pressure in the shower was great.

staff was great , enjoyed the place, but first we could not operate the heater the thermostat was showing heat and cold and cool air was coming out but the room was reasonably nice but had to put a towel over its vent . also i misplaced my glasses so i had to look under and around every place and noticed the goldfish kids eat was everywhere behind places and pulled the mattress out and there was my glasses plus some kind of cleaning bottle a lot od goldfish and other things. at check out the lady was great and was going to fix the issues. ending we like la quintas this was not terrible and we guess we will might stay at one of tour places.

Checked in and Josh was kind. We were initially impressed with the hotel. Until we were in the room for 5 minutes and saw a roach. An actual cockroach. We immediately left. Josh was kind and issued a refund and apologized.

Booked this hotel for a staycation for me and my 11 year old so she can swim and we can relax. Booked it two weeks out. We were all packed up and ready to enjoy a day away and I get a call two hours before check in stating they don’t allow locals to rent. Rules are rules but 1. It’s not listed anywhere on the website or posted inside the hotel I asked the lady why isn’t it listed and she said it’s not a requirement to list it. I asked her why she waited until two hours to check in to call to cancel me and I booked two weeks ago and she said she didn’t have a answer for that she also stated she didn’t understand why I was so mad and that it wasn’t that serious she didn’t have any empathy or care in the world at all and wouldn’t allow me to speak to a manager. I’m black and I have a white friend who also told me that she stayed there with her two kids last week with no issues and she is a local as well. This is ridiculous and honestly a discrimination
