Our stunning 8-bedroom, 4-bathroom duplex offers a spacious retreat that is ideal for a large group up to 20 guests (10 on each side) and is 3 minutes away from the best local favorites that downtown has to offer. With over 3,200 square feet of indoor living space and a fully-fenced backyard, there's plenty of room for your whole group to spread out and relax any time of the year. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or a group retreat, our home offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort in a truly idyllic setting.

Great Property!!!

This property was great because it was able to accommodate my family as we were in town for a family reunion. It was located close to stores and I enjoyed the cleanliness and the comfort. For those who like hot showers, the water gets really hot! I was very pleased and would definitely like to stay there in the future.

Family Reunion Weekend

We had a family reunion in Elkton, KY on Saturday, Oct. 5. The house was just perfect for all of my family. It was my husband and me, and our 3 sons and their wives and children. All together there were 8 adults and 7 grands. Everything was clean upon arrival and AC worked well!

Needs TLC

This property is in serious need of a deep clean and a paint job. Every wall is beat up scuffed. All baseboards need scrubbing and fresh paint. Host was very nice guy and answered every time I called. But we rented the entire building and never stayed after the walkthrough.
