The place was amazing! So many gathering places, so roomy and comfortable! I loved that it was a little bit out of the hustle and bustle of the city but in a beautiful setting.

We have a group of eight friends that travel to new destinations to celebrate New Years and this was one of our favorite places. The house was beautiful, spacious and was the perfect place to just hang out. We would highly recommend your home to other travelers. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Fantastic Home

Excellent Vrbo, lots of room and great location. Clarkdale/Cottonwood was an excellent town that was not overly crowded like Sedona.

Wonderful Family Stay

We had a wonderful stay. The property was better than we could have imagined. The listing was accurate and the property was extremely clean. The kids loved it as well. We created some great memories on this trip.

Beautiful house, lots of space and close to many places to visit in the area. Jerome- we loved this little town on the hill, wonder gift shops, restaurants and things to doMontezumas Castle National Monument- steeped in history and very well doneClarkdale-4 hours trip on Verde Canyon Railroad.Cottonwood - Tuzigoot National Monument and many restaurants and gift shopsSedona-about 30 minute drive. We spent 3 days doing tours of the area, pink jeep tour, trolley and van tours, wine tasting and lots more

Beautiful views

The house and the views were beautiful. The house had everything we needed when staying there. It had plenty of space for everyone. We would stay here again if we are back in the area.

Perfect Size Home and Close to everything.

Our stay was longer than most - close to 3 weeks and we felt like home. We arrived late at night, and it was easy access. We loved how everything was provided - kitchen amenities, comfy beds, super clean and convenient to all shopping, dining and places to explore. The perfect size for our family and VIEWS galore with plenty of room to entertain.

Perfect Getaway for Two Families

This house was perfect for two families to meet for a Thanksgiving getaway. The communication ahead of our stay and the check in process was excellent. The property was spacious and had ample seating for lounging indoors and out. Very well stocked for cooking in both kitchens (upstairs and downstairs). It had an unbeatable view of the valley, with many activities just a short drive away. Everyone in our group loved the property and we look forward to visiting again!

5 stars is not enough should be 25

This house was beautiful and everythig was just as stated in photos i know where i will book again if i head back out to arizona. Five stars does not even touch this house needs 25 stars if not more . Loved staying here and highly recomendeveryone too.

Pleasant stay at Peaks View

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at Peaks View. We were 6 adults. The home was as pictured and even nicer. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked for those that want to cook in. Lots of room to be together or separate if you needed some quiet. It was 100 degrees but shaded areas made it comfortable to be outside and take in the wonderful view. We would definitely stay here again.
