The house is great!! The layout worked well for us. The way the kitchen opens into the living room makes it a great feature to be able to talk and interact while cooking meals.

Cutest place in Clarkdale!

Our stay was fantastic and this place is the best. Check in was smooth and the house was very clean! It is conveniently located in the area to the wineries, Jerome, Cottonwood and Camp Verde. I highly recommend!!!

Nice location. Close to Sedona, Jerome, Montezuma . . . without all the cost of those locations.

Very nice, clean property. Enjoyed a fire in the backyard, breakfast on the back porch with a view of the mountains. Master suite and bathroom are large and comfortable.

We had an event nearby at Dead Horse Ranch, and this house made for a perfect place to relax and recuperate. We all loved the jetted tub! The house is filled wi the fun details and cozy touches.

Anniversary getaway

We had a great stay here, the bed was comfortable, the house clean and it had everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxed. It's located in a great location with easy access to Jerome, Cottonwood and Sedona. The hosts recommended so be dining locations. We chose their favorite, The Asylum in Jerome, and had a wonderful meal with a gorgeous view. We would definitely stay again.

Good Location

This property was perfect to use as a home base for sightseeing the area. Close to all the attractions- Sedona wineries. Cathedral & Bell rock, hot air ballooning.. And didn’t have to pay the expensive rates just to lay your head. Property management was quick and responsive, home was clean, lots of towels and a peaceful neighborhood

CLEAN

Overall it's a nice property and we picked it specifically for it's cleanliness rating. CONS: the garage was not accessible; the closets were only about half usable as there were clothes and other items taking up the space; the tv in the bedroom was only usable if you have a netflix account (we don't) because you were not able to get even local channels; It took the owner 2-3 days to get back to us when I inquired about how to make the bedroom tv function; the owner seemed very reluctant to give me a phone number in case we had trouble getting into the home and I had to request it several times. PROS: the house was clean and comfortable; the kitchen well equipped; the neighborhood was quiet; there were plenty of towels. Unfortunately, while we were packing, my husband packed one of their books which was a journal for guests to write about their stay in it thinking it was one of mine so the owner had to wait for me to mail it back to them.
