Jessica is great at everything, Highly recommend.

Very beautiful building and extremely lovely staff. It was on a main road and was a bit noisy at times but nothing to worry about.

Excellent value and great location for precruise overnight stay. Young staff was very energetic and helpful with information and welcome orientation. Also assisted in moving luggage up and down the many stairs. Met expectations for the cost of the stay and convenience provided. Would have liked a more efficient AC unit; a larger shower )which was difficult for my average size); and an elevator. Though only 1.5 Euros (each) for breakfast by the time we arrived at 9AM most of the food was gone except for 2 slices of luncheon type meat and one slice of cheese on a platter Other items available were prepackaged snack type foods. Had to wait for staff to make cup of coffee. Would walk down to McCafe down the street if we stayed there again. Staff arranged for private transport to the ship which turned out very worthwhile rather than lugging luggage down to dock shuttle bus stop. Took us directly to ship dock with minimal walking and very reasonably priced.

This place is a lovely 17th century home with old world charm and modern conveniences. Loved everything about it and the staff is friendly, helpful and speaks English. So close to the train station and sea side amenities and close to the cruise ship dock. Loved it!!

We only got to stay one night nut enjoyed our stay. We felt privilged to stay in the palace with it's old furnishings and the grand rooms. We had balconies overlooking the vialle. Our hosts were very kind.

We very much enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and since there are only 7 rooms, we became friends with all the guests.

The property - which really was some kind of 'palace' in an earlier incarnation - is a little dog-eared, but actually quite stately. It's very well located, and at it's price point is a good value.

This is a very pleasant place to stay...while waiting for cruse boarding or visiting longer term. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The included breakfast was more than continental but less than menu-restaurant. Meats, rolls, pastries, cereal, etc. The staff will provide porter service if needed for your luggage. The rooms have A/C and are comfortable. They are downtown amidst retail stores and restaurant.

Ok for guest house. Not a proper hotel with late check in front desk. We did arrive 1am, very late. Played 30€ for late arrival. Prefer hotel with front desk and no hassle. Breakfast continental simple. They arranged for taxi to Port. 5€ per person.

Hello Mr Michael, Thank you so much for your feedback. We are sorry we couldn't provide bigger showers or an elevator. Our building is very old and we don't have the permit to restore it with an elevator. This is why we provide the staff that helps you with luggage. We are also sorry to hear that most of the food was gone once you got there. Thank you for letting us know. We will serve more food and check more often. Also I would like to inform you that breakfast was included in the room price. We collect € 1,50 (each) for city/tourist tax. Thank you again Best regards
