Good but should be better.

Underground parking was easy. Pleasant flat walk into the centre of town. Very nice, clean and spacious room. We would stay again as it was good value but it could easily be so much better. The cafeteria area is horrible and there is no bar as such so nowhere nice to sit in the evening. The dining and breakfast area is soulless and not well lit. The breakfast buffet reminded me of a terrible,old fashioned self service restaurant. It had some decent foods on offer but lacked the staff to maintain it so items were often missing. One very slow coffee machine caused queues. The receptionist however was delightful and very helpful.

The food and the service in the restaurant was really good. The room was showing signs of incomplete maintenance. The swimming pool was too cold for us, and we did not feel like the area aroung the pool was pleasant. We felt that the first spa receptionist we interacted with was rude and not very helpful to spa newbies.

Highly recommended. This hotel has everything you need and more. Huge and clean room with fridge (rare in Europe), full-equipped fitness center, delicious restaurant, great breakfast, pool, etc. I wish I could be back some day

Modern hotel

Covenient Hotel for a family visit, good facilities. Around 20 minute stroll to Centre of the City, hotel bar is open late for anyone fancying a nightcap!

Great value and quality hotel for a night’s stay

We booked two rooms for a family overnight stay. Rooms were clean, spacious, good bathroom and very comfortable large beds. Reception were extremely friendly and helpful. We used their pool, underground car park (free) and their cafeteria was really good value. 5-10 min walk to the centre of Ciudad Real with lots of cafes, etc.. better value ones away from Plaza Maior. This hotel exceeded my expectations and much better than some larger hotel chains.

Unprincipled management

Has a tendency to charge more than agreed. Management then will not compromise. Flooring in room uneven due to expansion, a safety hazard. We will not use again.
