There was no iron or iron board. No refrigerator and chipping paint on walls
Gas station convenience stores nearby. That’s about it for food and drink unless you like Bob Evans which is across the street. Lamp in room was missing its bulb. Bathroom door knob had practically fallen off and was inoperable. Bathroom door wouldn’t full close. My room was near pfieffer rd which is a busy thoroughfare so street noise could be heard most of the day except when AC was running which was very loud.
Very dated. In somewhat disrepair. Pillows were absolutely worn out and cases stained, but they were clean. Mattress was comfortable. Room smelled of cigarettes.
Run down. Broken door and toilet. Lights not working. Weekly renters hanging around outside half dressed and talking loudly. Unsafe for families or anyone for that matter. A great place some 25 years ago. Not now. Red Roof should revoke franchise license.
I liked they offered smoking rooms. Our room however was beyond gross and unsanitary. Blood on the ceiling and walls. Disgusting bath mat in the bottom of tub that has never been removed for proper cleaning. Floors were gross and dirt and grime in every corner. A/c unit in poor shape. No access to heat.
The only thing I liked about the hotel was being 15 minutes from King's Island . The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, the telephone was disgusting, it had dust, drink stains, and whatever else on it. Even the curtain rod was sticky. The sink was clogged and we stayed in a non-smoking room , but had cigarette holes in our blankets. Very disappointing, won't be returning to this property and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else for that matter.
The room was dirty. The air conditioner was filthy and ran so loud, you had to turn it off to go to sleep. The bed linens had black cigarette burns in them,the Vent in the bathroom was hanging off the wall. The tub was nasty. The vending area had dead insects around the ice machine.
A/C did not work, bathtub was falling through floor. Ice machines broken, refrigerator not working
I liked that it was right off the interstate and close by to everything and the rooms where nice for the price. Didnt like having to walk behind the office for ice.
Nice staff. Good safe area. Conviently located to stores, highway, hotels.
Staff was friendly. Room was clean. WiFi was okay, would sometimes disconnect for a few minutes.
I really hate giving bad reviews but the room was dirty. Stains on walls, tub dirty mold noted on soap holder and on inside top of ice bucket. We have stayed at this location 6+ years and the condition of this room very disappointing. We have stayed in this same room before and it was never this filthy. Front desk was very nice as always but franchise need to improve conditions, comfort and cleanliness of every room
Used to be very nice place to stay. Decor is rundown light fixture fell out during my stay. It’s old and very dirty. So dirty it smells unclean.
This hotel was worth the money. Rooms could be repainted and cleaner. Our a/c didn’t work. We were givin another room promptly.
The staff was very friendly. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and the bed wasn’t horrible. I would stay here again.

Many Red Roof Inn are up to date and a nice, inexpensive choice. This place is in very tired shape. I hope they fix it up. It is in a great location.
