Kingsgate Marriott Conference Center at the U of Cincinnati

Elevators confusing to parking garage, rooms Otherwise good hotel orbitz fouled up my reservation, had me there for 1 nite instead of 4.

Very nice hotel with comfortable beds!! Good location for downtown activities or neighborhood restaurants. The staff was very friendly.

Great location if you are visiting the University of Cincinnati. The staffs and service was good but not much to do around the area.

The hotel was fairly empty when I stayed there - it is a big conference center also and there was no conference so it was very quiet and there was plenty of parking and no waiting anywhere. Be advised there is no pool if that is something that is important to you. Beds are comfortable with slightly awkward pillows - either too giant or too flat for my taste. Overall a clean and comfortable stay.

Nothing in the hotel is very well marked. Like, it was difficult to find the reservations desk and to know where to park. Everyone was friendly and the room service was on time. It was very conveniently located.

overall fair. the walls seemed paper thin and I was up all night hearing the people in the hallways screaming and our next door people making noise till 4 am.

I was in town for the Flying Pig Marathon and stayed for one night. The location was great with a short drive to downtown Cincinnati and a long walk to some great restaurants and shops - front desk gave us some great recommendations. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Only thing missing was early morning options - coffee in the lobby or a microwave in the room would have made the stay perfect. Very happy overall - I'd stay there again and recommend it to others.

The Kingsgate Marriott places you at everything this area has to offer. Though be ready to pay a premium. But quality will cost you top dollar!!

Very nice staff were polite and helpful, it was a nice visit. Only one problem we had I call front desk to make sure a taxi was on hand at a certain time so we can make our concert. When we arrived at the main entrance our cab was not present so we arrived at our concert late, I should have gotten the the associate name but I was't worried about it since we are on vacation but i wish I did but otherwise than that and our room phone didn't work, but I wasn't aware of the phone option.... I enjoyed it.

Stayed in connection with a tennis tournament. We needed the laundry facilities, which were free. Breakfast buffet was great.

Traveled from Indiana to Cincy for the annual Flying Pig Marathon. The room was nice and they let us check out an hour later than usual. Friendly staff. Only drawback was no WiFi, although there was a more than adequate wired Internet connection.

Great hotel! Comfortable beds and nice restaurant!

traveled with kids for a basketball tournament on campus. Cozy, comfortable rooms. Would have liked to have a pool but nonetheless very suitable for a family. Booked a room with kids meals included for breakfast, lunch and dinner for all kids under 12 which was a great deal. Hotel honored for even room service and breakfast buffet! Very accomodating staff.

I was there for buisness within the city at a local shop. The breakfest was a bit pricey but of good quality. Over all it was nice

We stayed at the Marriott because it was just a few blocks from the concert we were in town to see. The parking wasn't bad, but it was really annoying to take two elevators to get from our room to our car. The lobby was very nice and the room was super comfy, which, ultimately, is the main idea of a hotel. My problem is a combination of trouble from [...] and the hotel. When I booked the room, [...] gave me the option to select a smoking room. When I arrived, nothing was said about no smoking. Even in the room, there was no sign saying, "no smoking." Sure, there were no ashtrays, but there were NO SIGNS saying, "NO SMOKING." I later found out about the Marriott smoking ban by being billed $250.Of course, I attempted to contact the hotel for a refund because no one explicitly notified me that the room I booked was a non-smoking room. I was told that the little paper card that they slip the room keys into said there was no smoking and that I should have called the front desk to ask. Sorry, but that's a pretty weak argument. If you're a non-smoker, you'll love the place. If you're a smoker, go there for the location and comfortable bed, not because you're welcome.

friendly, helpful staff. Nice facility. Goo dlocation.

Very nice hotel - super nice bed!

Convenient location for airport or travel in the Cincinnati vacinity. Nicely decorated and maintained. Our only complaint was that parking was expensive.

Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean hotel. Room was very comfortable. Small suggestion....update your driving instructions to contain length of drive to each turn point.

Hotel is fine, clean, and pleasant. Shuttle to campus is once an hour weekdays, 'til 5 p.m.
