Because I booked this hotel on an online booking site, they would only put me in the noisiest room(s) in the hotel. Would never stay here again.

Same price as much better equipped & amenities in same block

We stayed in the queen suite with sofa bed and it was nice to have a little bit of extra space to spread out. I talked to the hotel staff earlier in the week and they said the queen studio suite is rather small (250 sq ft) so we opted for the larger room for $20 more per night. The hallways had a bit of a funky smell occasionally (popcorn? breakfast?) but our room was clean, spacious and free of any smells. The bed was pretty soft, which I don't prefer, but everything was as described and mostly comfortable. Breakfast was convenient and well stocked right up until 10am. The staff running the breakfast area was very responsive to needs and helpful. Business center allowed us to easily print boarding passes without any problems which saved us lots of time at the airport. Overall, I'm satisfied with the room value and amenities. I would recommend it as a cheap option that's a little bit "off the beaten path".

The free breakfast was very good. Staff very accomadating.

Smaller then the pics but still very clean and a very helpful friendly staff. Very good variety for breakfast and staff was always making sure it was well stocked. Room was very clean I highly recommend

really perfect for an overnight, even had a kitchen. comfortable bed and spacious clean room. staff was very helpful too.

Staff was super nice! Room was clean! I received a hand written note at check-in thanking me for my stay!

Such a nice hotel off from the highway, so no traffic noises but the refrigerator was loud so I UN-plugged it during my stay.

This place was definitely a repeat performance need. It was clean, quiet, close to everywhere we wanted to be (and away from the city), and had a great hot breakfast. We're going to look for Wyndham sites in the future for travel needs!

As with any hotel there are pluses and minuses. The things missing from one is good in another. With that said, I didn't like that there was no air ventilation in the bathroom, the mirror and light was so big and bright it gave me a headache. There was a dog roaming the halls without its owner (not the hotels fault) but not good either -,my niece is terrified of dogs. The hallway reeked of smoke so much so I had to cover my face as I went to my room. It did air out the next day. Pluses - nice comfy bed, had a kitchen with full size fridge!, pretty clean, no perfume smells in the room like my stay at a different hotel (which caused me to have an asthma attack), shower was strong on the first night but for some reason the pressure was less the next day, nice updated décor, friendly staff

Hotel was clean and friendly. Stayed for the week. Will go again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The facilities were nice and staff support was excellent.

The bed squeaked even from small movements like shifting during sleep. The walls are quite then and music from another room could be heard clearly from the wall vent in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

The website pictures did not demonstrate what I actually received. Very misleading!

Very clean, friendly staff, great value. Bed was sure comfy and AC worked well. Certainly not the Ritz but then Not what we needed that night!!

The two room suite made is easy to work and stay at the hotel. Wonderful experience. Nice and clean...

Great value for a studio room with kitchenette and bathroom. All appliances were in good repair, and the room and hotel were very clean. I would definitely stay in a Hawthorn Suites in the future, and will definitely book this location again if I return to Blue Ash. Be aware: the room is not particularly dark, due to light through the window, which is not totally blocked by curtains, and by digital lights on electronics. (This is a common hotel issue.)

The Candlewood Suites is basically a long-term stay facility and as such does not offer daily room make-up and cleaning unless you specifically ask for it. The refrigerator in the room was incredibly noisy - we had to turn it off in order to sleep. The room was plain but functional. We have stayed at other extended stay places before and they were much nicer than this one. Next time we'll spend a little more.

The room was very comfortable and neat. Internet connection worked perfectly and everything looked new or very clean. I only had two minor problems. The tub was clogged. I told the concierge and she gave us other room. A little uncomfortable, but a good solution overall. The second issue really bothered me. They have system that allows you to take your own food (candies, chips, juices, stuff like that), fill out a form with your room number and pay later. i took a few candy bars and drinks ($4) one night and then I woke early and left. When I came back that day, late and tired, my key wasn't working. the concierge told me they did that because I owed them $4. A silly detail that can totally sour your experience when you are not in the mood. Location is good, but if you need to go downtown plan in advance morning commuters can make that a very unpleasant experience. Neighborhood is good though, not too many stores but if you are driving finding a pharmacy or supermarket doesn't take more than 10 minutes.
