My stay was good. I would make some changes though. I thought I had a room with a tub, but it was only a shower. Their was no dresser, so I was living out of the suitcase. An area rug would be nice, when you get up in the morning, the floor was cold. The toilet paper holder needs to be changed, the roll kept falling off and that's not a good thing when you are sitting on the bowl.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was okayish. The hotel itself was a good clean place to spend the night, i have no complaints there. My only complaint was when the workers woke up my family at 8am. They were up and down the hall that morning. Laughing, dropping things, talking very loudly and squealing. I got frustrated but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, i opened the door and asked them if they could quiten down because my child was sleeping. One of them looked at me weird and said "mhm sure" then looked back at her coworkers and they all giggled. Not even 5 minutes later, they woke 4yo son up. We spent the night sunday so we could head to the zoo the following morning, which happened to be his birthday. It was frustrating that he was startled awake early when they could have simply respectful of the paying costumers trying to sleep at 8am. ,

Room was ok but bathroom was a bit on the hairy side. Some of our friends that had rooms there also had dirty bathrooms. Our TV didn’t have a signal but it was later at night when we discovered this so didn’t call for repairs. Staff was very nice.

Hotel is outdated. Room was dingy and very dark. In fact, I had to request a lamp to be brought up for desk so I could work on computer as room was so very dark. Also chair at desk did not go up so I was sitting so very low at desk. I requested new chair but they did not have one that was compatible to desk area. People at desk were nice however. ALSO, NO WASHER OR DRYER IN PLACE. closest place to do laundry was 10 minutes away! Breakfast was lousy as was coffee. Would NEVER stay there again for the money. Beds were uncomfortable. Mattress was so shoddy that I could feel springs coming through them. Rugs were filthy. Hallways were not clean and elevators were filled with fingerprints all over the place. Germ city!
