Everything was wonderful. Pictures actually match what you get when you walk in. Great price and great location! Wonderful communication with property.

Room and location were great. Check in process was horrible and took about an hour. No person on site to help. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT A HOTEL, BUT AN APARTMENT BUILDING THAT RENTS OUT A HANDFUL OF ROOMS. I was never informed that check in was 100% virtual. They supposedly texted me instructions, but because I never provided a cell phone number and was never told I needed to, I never received any instructions. The street in front of the place was closed. Where to park was confusing. Codes for entry did not work. Limited parking and difficult to find allowable spaces as the numbers were not in order. Finding the one door to get in the building was challenging. Code to get in the room did not work. Fobs for entry access were never provided. If not for a total stranger, we would not have known how to get in and out of the building. Was told someone would come to fix the lock. No one ever came. Was told they would deliver fobs the morning we checked out. They never came. When I booked this room, the info I received said check out time was noon. They texted us the morning of departure and said we had to be out by 11 am. Could not even get local or network channels on tv. Need your own sign in for Netflix or Prime. This place is not for anyone who doesn't live by text and doing everything virtually. Too bad cause it's a beautiful place.
