The first room they gave my partner and I reeked of cigarette smoke. They relocated us to another room and when we shut the door we immediately noticed a roach crawling on the back side of the door. We were told we would have to wait until the following morning to ask for a refund. If I was not in a financial position to afford it I would be stuck without a room for the night.

Observations we noted during our stay: Clean, no bed bugs Child sized sink (much to the kids excitement) Bathrooms in poor repair: no tissues, chipped paint, nonfunctional tub, 2/6 screws holding the grab bar, dirty tiles, hole in the wall, spots on the counter and toilet. Towels were small, thin, scratchy. One bathroom had no toilet paper holder. No latch on one bathroom door. No lock on one of the rooms. Lights were uncomfortably bright and bathroom lights came on automatically. Requested adjoining rooms due to small children; told these “weren’t available” despite there being no more than 6-7 cars in the parking lot. Breakfast was ok - kids enjoyed it; decent selection for continental breakfast. Not restocked the second morning we were there (biscuits were leftover from previous day; yogurt was gone, etc). No way to fill large water bottles. Ice machines nonfunctional; sketchy elevator. Every ride was questionable, not maintained or cleaned. Overall not bad for the price. Adequate for stay, but definitely nothing nice or fancy.

The Staff was taking a personal call while checking me in. Lack of customer service. The room had holes in the walls, wires sticking out and the heat didn’t work in the room. The covers had stains on them. The sink in the bathroom was broken. There was no soap in the restroom or tissue. I had to get my own.

I enjoyed my stay at Baymont by Wyndham Cincinnati! The staff was kind, the location worked great, and the room was cozy for the price. It’s a nice place if you’re looking for something simple and affordable

For what it's worth the location was convenient for getting food and a gas station a couple blocks away, the room was decent. Definitely had water damage over the air conditioner, which worked well. A few of the towels were stained and not the best quality. But it served my purpose.

For the cost of the room it was an okay stay. I don’t think I would choose it again. Needs a lot of upgrades and repair. The smoke alarm was beeping for battery replacement. I called the front desk to make them away and I was told to just rip it from the wall. The bathroom light kept coming on.. the AC was cracked. All in all it served its purpose.. but I’ll choose different next time.

Almost everything in the room was broken. From sink not draining to shower curtain half down, to no microwave and being told we'd get one in a day or so. Next door neighbors kids screamed throughout the nights, clearly addicts living in the hotel. Breakfast stuff gets locked up before time, which is 9:30 even on weekends.
