Look no further, you've come to the right place! The "LES NARCISSES" gîte is perfect for you! This location is ideal for a successful family holiday. Just 5 minutes from Luchon, this gîte boasts a beautiful mountain view and a large garden suitable for children and pets. The deer also seem to enjoy it; at nightfall, they can often be seen wandering about, adding a special charm and a magical touch to the place. An old farmhouse is attached to, but completely separate from, this large, well-equipped gîte, which offers several tables and other amenities for enjoying the spacious outdoor areas. The gîte is located on the upper floor, accessible via an external staircase. There is a fenced courtyard and green space (swings, soccer goals, balls, a badminton net, and a pétanque court), as well as parking. On the first floor, accessible via an external staircase: kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm + 1 single bed 90cm) (1 double bed 140cm + 2 single bunk beds 90cm), shower room, separate WC. Walks around the cottage and access to mountain trails. Pellet stove. Spain 15 minutes away. Pets not allowed in the bedrooms. Non-smoking cottage. Quiet cottage with views of the Pyrenees
