Although the hotel was under renovation of the pool area, updated rooms (?), the bathroom was another story. A very strong odor and older fixtures made this place not so great. The staff was really nice and helpful! There are to many other choices out there.

This hotel is hidden gem! Although we’ve never been to the bar or had the breakfast, everything looks amazing. Sooo tempting! When we stay there, we are visiting our daughter who attends Virginia Tech so we’re spending a lot of time on campus and with her. We can’t wait to come back!! hoping to bring more family with us for a few visits next year and stay with y’all for graduation!! VT class of 2027❤️🧡

Staff didn't know much about check in and our rooms weren't ready on time. We waited 20 min after the check-in time then got the room but the room and especially the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. It was not clean so we had to switch and spent another 20 min for that

Bella was Great checking me in. Super friendly and welcoming. Took care of everything I needed. Also the woman who checked me out the morning of November 2nd I think her name was Evellyn. She was a joy and so pleasant. The breakfast staff were great Also.
