The room was basic but tiddy qith good pillow selection. Shower was very nice and comfortable. Lighting made the room very dinghy, cleaners started as early as 7am and very noisey, a small movement from another guest like showers made it hard to hear the tv. Very difficult to access property due to road works which was not made apparent to customers. The whole aurrounds feels a but run down and somewhat dangerous feeling at night time.

The hotel does not look anything like it does on line. Very old photos used in advertising. The manager needs to learn some better people skills dealing with his customers. Our room didn't appear to be fully clean either. Other than that, our stay was very quiet and the parking once we found our way in via the road works was very good. Toilet paper and milk had to be asked for apart from what was there when we arrived.

Clean comfortable but lacked some supplies... limited toilet paper, not enough towels,for our 4 day stay.. not enough cutlery, no cloths to wash dishes... which had to be done in bathroom sink!! I would stay again if these improvements were done
