The location was good. We walked to Botanical Gardens and Riverside Market. The beds were comfortable. It is an older home so there are low ceilings and narrow steps to room. Enjoyed our stay.

The property is very nice and the rooms are clean. Our room was not available when we arrived and the manager was very accommodating to store our luggage while we explored Christchurch. I would stay here again.

This is a wonderful place. The building is classically beautiful. The staff is great ... very professional and very friendly. They go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The room was comfortable with a clean modern bathroom. The continental breakfast was more than we expected, with eggs and bacon, pancakes, etc.

No diasappointments whatsoever. Staff went out of their way to make our stay exceptional.

Professional, efficient but warm and friendly staff. Go beyond the call of duty to assist one's wishes with genuine care. Very well prepared and high quality breakfast. Eggs Benedict out scores most restaurants !! Historic house 1860's fully modernized yet maintain original charms. Part of Christchurch history. Eliza's Manor synergizes the experience. Great ambassador for New Zealand.

The staff was exceptionally helpful in helping us navigate the areas and finding restaurants we wanted to eat at. The quaintness of the hotel was fitting for the city, and made a lasting memory for us.
