You won't believe the outstanding views of Assateague Island with this lovely 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, contemporary home. Lovely marsh to the back, this home has location going on. Large, open and bright great room leads out to deck and porch. Living room with gas fireplace, master bedroom with great views and large bathroom. Beautifully landscaped yard. 2 Bicycles for guest use. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund  of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged.

Quiet place

Beautiful sunrises, nice house, quiet area, the non paved road to get there can use some work, really nice screened porch. Overall a relaxing get away.

Great location, wonderful views

The property had all of the room and amenities we needed for our extended family of 6 adults and 1 toddler (thanks for the baby gate). Convenient to town yet pretty private. Carpet could use a good cleaning and some of the surfaces in kitchen had a greasy film however may be expected after a season of rentals. Owners have thought of most everything and you can tell it is a well-loved property. Would stay here again. Easy access to kayaking.
