Staff to start. She was extremely rude and acted like we were trash. We had been out working on roads all day and looked pretty rough but that’s besides the point. Then I thought we were still on pet friendly but wasn’t so we didn’t even get to stay in our 200$ plus room because we had our lil mini Australian shepherd. We was able to take a shower but pretty much had to stay in our truck. The website shouldn’t mix pet friendly with not pet friendly hotels..

The room was extremely clean. A little out dated but very nice. We were suppose to get the presidential suite but that was not the case but nonetheless thy still provided a very very nice suite. Staff was pleasant.

The staff were so friendly and the room was spotless. The only issue was noise. We were on the first floor facing the highway. The road noise was distracting and the walls were thin so we could hear the kids running around in the room above us and the dog barking across the hall. I had earplugs so was able to sleep but I would have had a hard time without them. We left before breakfast so can’t include that in the rating.

We stayed overnight on our way to see family in North Carolina and then on the way back home the following week. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, nice amenities, plenty of towels, and quite a nice breakfast with a wide variety of breakfast items to choose from. We would definitely stay again the next time we visit family.
