Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en AB Bed and Breakfast, en el centro de Chihuahua, fue muy decepcionante y está muy lejos de lo que se muestra en la plataforma. Desde nuestra llegada, el lugar olía a sucio, lo cual generó una mala impresión inmediata. Las sábanas estaban visiblemente manchadas, algo completamente inaceptable en un hospedaje que se anuncia como limpio y confortable. Los colchones eran de resortes, extremadamente incómodos y ruidosos; cualquier movimiento provocaba ruido excesivo, lo que dificultó el descanso. Otro punto muy negativo fue que no había colchas suficientes para cubrirse del frío. Me comuniqué con el propietario para solicitar apoyo y fui completamente ignorada, sin recibir respuesta ni solución alguna. La situación más grave ocurrió una de las noches, cuando en el departamento contiguo se realizó una fiesta con más de 20 personas, con ruido excesivo hasta altas horas de la noche. Al contactar nuevamente al propietario para pedir que se respetara el descanso, su respuesta fue totalmente inapropiada y fuera de lugar, ya que me pidió que me retirara del departamento a la 1:00 a.m., aun sabiendo que me encontraba acompañada de cuatro niños y un adulto mayor. Cuento con evidencia de esta conversación, lo cual refleja una absoluta falta de empatía, profesionalismo y responsabilidad
