We were very disappointed to find out the pool wasn't available for use. The children were really looking forward to it. The women checking us in was not very welcoming. Breakfast should be included for the price of the room. The beds were very comfortable though.

The staff was phenomenal! The reason I chose to stay at this hotel was for the hot tub, but when we arrived the hot tub was out of order and the staff went above and beyond to move me to a room with a jetted tub. Absolutely would recommend.

Everything was excellent. Other than my room was right next to the cleaning staffs closet where they keep all their supplies. And early morning it sounded like they were banging on my wall really loud. It almost sounded like they were doing construction on there and trying to come through the wall. Since I had gone to bed really late, was hoping I would have been able to sleep in. But that was not going to happen.
