My vehicle was broken into. Management was not able to accommodate me for my inconvenience nor say if they would be security or a closer watch on the parking lot. I've been a great paying visitor and for this to go unresolved is upsetting!

Great place and staff. Some visitors are from the streets and has odor challenges that linger through the hallways. Some doors need adjustments to not slam so hard. Other than that no complaints

Don't Do IT

The location was good. The cost was fair. The hotel room overall was ok. The service was terrible; they were never at the desk. The breakfast is ridiculous: warm milk and juice, stale cereal. Looks like they were trying to feed us someone's leftovers. Lastly, you're in South Holland, so homeless, addicts, arguments, and crime are all around you. A couple was arguing and fighting outside our window from 1 am to 4 am, and no one stopped them. Won't stay here again!
