A Perfect place to come relax on your own, with your companion, or with your family. Nothing fancy just a clean and comfortable place.

My priority is that my guests have a comfortable and safe stay. To ensure you have a pleasant stay we recommend no shoes inside the apartment.
Only the number of people in the RSVP are allowed in the Vrbo. Quiet time from 9 pm-8:30am. No parties!No smoking! You will be asked to leave.
Please, gather all used towels and place them in the laundry checkered bin you will find in one of the bedrooms. Dispose of all garbage. Thank you!

Good experience overall

Stayed here with my friends for lollapalooza and had a good experience overall. Location is great which we cared about the most. There were some things left in the place from guests before but nothing major. Toilet has some problems and sometimes would have to wait 5 minutes before flushing again. Place is located on the top floor, and you do get access to backyard which is great. Owner is super helpful if any there are any issues.

Absolutely awful

Stay was great, but the phone calls and messages threatening me, then telling me to come back and meet him face to face so he can show me how a real man handles this situation? Seriously? All over dogs staying that I mentioned to him and have screenshots saved of it that he was ok with it. Sounds like he’s scamming for more money. Never using vrbo again if this is what they allow.

Place is neat and clean. Beds were comfortable! Really impressed by the fact that there was a gas stove!! Nice, quiet neighborhood! Polish up on your parallel parking skills. Great stay!

I booked this stay coming to the city for a day to hang with friends , asked the landlord if it was okay if a few friends come over and he stated no. If I’m booking why not ? As long as they aren’t spending a night.
